We don’t do it at the moment, due to complexities introduced by Brexit. But we aim to add Norther Ireland to our coverage as soon as possible.

Our products are produced for your order by various European manufacturers and shipped directly to your door. Shipping from Europe usually takes up-to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Production time will be displayed as "Dispatch: X-Y Weeks" on the product page.

Many of our lead times are longer than we’d like at the moment. The European logistics industry has been disrupted by both COVID and Brexit, so our products from the EU are taking longer to arrive. This does mean, unfortunately, that your order could be delayed, but rest assured that we’re doing all we can to get it out as quickly as possible, and we will keep you up-to-date with any changes.

Some products may arrive unassembled, but simple assembly instructions will be provided. Chat with us to check in regards to a specific product.

Delivery to the mainland UK is free.  

No – we will deal with all extra administration and customs costs.

Each product has the number of weeks until dispatch indicated on the product page. This indicates how soon the workshop can produce and dispatch the product. The final delivery, depending on the factory’s location, will be 2 to 5 working days from that, after which you will receive a tracking number and our courier will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

We do not offer upholstery samples on our products currently, but if you'd like to understand the available fabric or leather options for a particular chair, please chat with us. We will do our best to provide you with the most accurate information possible.
